HSE POLICY

AMOTOI GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED's Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policy is committed to preventing injury and ill health in the work force and continually improve the performance of the OH&S Management System while complying with applicable requirements.
To this end:


This policy shall be made available to all stakeholders in AMOTOl's operations and shall apply to all employees, clients, contractors and third parties affected by AMOTOl's operations or within its operational facilities.


All line Managers/Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that employees are trained on approved work procedures, equipped to obtain optimal output free of accidents and injuries; and to ensure that employees follow safe work methods/ related regulations.


All personnel shall support the OH&S program and make them part of (their routine, ensuring that they comply with safe work methods). {Personnel shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and procedures of relevant jurisdictions and be held accountable for implementing the OH&S program.


AMOTOI shall minimize the impact of its operation on the environment and conserve resources obtained from the environment.


AMOTOI shall ensure that all its operations are subjected to hazard analysis and appropriate controls implemented during execution and ensure that scheduled audit, inspections, drills for emergency preparedness and other programs for identifying hazards, unsafe acts/conditions at the workplace are carried out.


AMOTOI is committed to continually improve its OH&S Management System, regularly monitor its operations and effort for improvement of all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and contribute to the enhancement of existing standards/codes.


This policy shall be periodically reviewed to ensure suitability.
